Redwoods&Shelter Cove Family Session

Rylee contacted me through my website. She is from Arizona and visits Shelter Cove in the summers. She originally wanted a beach session in Shelter Cove, but decided to add on a redwood location to her session. I am so glad she did! They are the cutest little family and it was fun doing both locations. : )

It is the last day of 2017. Wow. What a year. It flew by soooooo fast. I was going through some 2017 photo shoots today and was feeling overwhelmed with how blessed I have been with such amazing clients this year. Some I have know for a while, some were new. There were more shoots than were shown here, but they are all amazing, and the people in them have made my life so much better. New friendships and relationships were formed, and I look forward to continuing to following you on your life journeys.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to capture these important milestones in your lives. I am forever grateful.

I was so excited when Ron contacted me about shooting Kyra's senior portrait shoot. Tiffany Thomsen of Tiffany's Sports Teams and Photos sent him my way. Tiffany has been so helpful and supportive since I first called her a couple of years ago and said "Help! I am shooting my first team!" Thank you so much Tiffany! Ron explained to me that Kyra was a musician and was going to bring different instruments to the shoot and wanted to shoot at Shelter Cove. They are from the Sacramento area, so it was a long trek up here for them. It was a beautiful day for this session. We started out on the beach in Shelter Cove in the beautiful sunlight. Kyra played her Ukulele, and sang quietly. Such a beautiful voice. I have always wanted to learn the Ukulele....when they put 40 hours in a day, I will do that! : )  We then headed on to The Benbow Inn and finished up with some fun images. I hope you enjoy them!
